The 40mm conical burrs, while still made by the European company Etzinger, are upgraded to the Steel M2 burrs. With 40 adjustments from 200 - 1,200 microns, the Virtuoso+ will meet your home grinding needs from espresso to French Press, at a speed from 1.5 - 2.4 grams per second. It comes in a black/stainless finish, and unlike many espresso grinders, is designed to fit under standard upper cabinets.
